I am a PRINCE2 qualified Practitioner with extensive history of working for law firms, initially as a lawyer before moving across to IT, and ultimately, Project Management.

I work in partnership with stakeholders and the wider business to manage and deliver a wide range of projects.

I have experience in implementing new project process and governance within business. 

I provide comprehensive, end to end, Project Management consulting services.  

From the delivery of discrete, individual projects, to large scale, complex ones, I have the experience  needed.
